Adding Devices to Net Inspector

To start monitoring the network, an administrator needs to add network devices to Net Inspector and enable their monitoring. There are several ways to add devices to Net Inspector, as described in this section:

• Adding devices by using network discovery

• Importing devices from a file (CSV)

• Adding virtualization devices (servers and VMs) by using auto configuration feature

• Adding devices by receiving SNMP traps and NetFlow packets

• Adding devices manually
